Pricing Guide

Pricing for Weddings starts at $800 and includes:

3 custom prints, up to 3 hours of rental time, setup/break down, quarters/tokens, up to 450 2.5" x 3.5" prints, and 1 custom vending display cover. For weddings, all prints will feature the couple’s last name and wedding date on the design.

Optional upgrades:

  • $50 - Each additional hour of rental time
  • $50 - per 50 prints added on to the base 450 prints
  • $100 - Each additional print design beyond 3 base designs
  • $200 - Rush order fee - less than 5 weeks of lead time

* Travel Cost Guide (from Wilmington, NC):

  • 0-25 miles: included
  • 26-50 miles: $100
  • 51-80 miles: $175
  • 81+ miles: Please reach out for a custom quote

FAQ

  • What to expect after booking?

We will meet virtually (via phone or video call) to cover all details including your vision for your prints, the signage, timeline, and any questions you may have. Throughout the design process I will work with you to perfect the designs prior to printing.

  • What size are the prints?

All mini prints are 2.5" x 3.5".

  • Can we personalize the artwork with our names/date?

Your name and wedding/event date will be included on each design and I will work with you to have the prints designed to your preferences. Designs can include custom artwork or existing photos if you have any ideas, themes, or colors in mind.

  • General

Travel, setup, and removal are included in this quote. Rental time includes 3 hours, most guests prefer this experience during your cocktail hour or during the reception.

  • Are quarters provided?

Yes, quarters/tokens will be provided in a bowl along with the machine.
